This is how Bobby's GTR looked when he picked it up in May 2007. Unfortunately, when we looked further into it, it seemed to have been stored in a lake or something as there was so much rust, EVERYWHERE! The fuelling issue that was mentioned which may require a new ECU ended up being a new ECU, new pistons and new turbos!!!! So a year on, 'Project Godzilla' has had its engine rebuilt, its brakes replaced with R33 GTR Brembo discs and calipers all round, R33 GTR seats installed, Nismo steering wheel fitted, new dash board, new wing mirrors and a complete body overhaul and re-spray in Porsche Guards Red:
